스쿨러스는 초·중·고 학생이 쓰는 서비스입니다. 아동에 대한 성적 학대와 착취(CSAE)를 어떤 형태로도 용납하지 않습니다. 이 문서는 그것을 막기 위해 우리가 실제로 하고 있는 일과, 신고를 받았을 때 하는 일을 적은 것입니다.
1금지하는 것
다음은 적발 즉시 삭제하고 계정을 영구 정지하며, 법에 따라 수사기관에 신고합니다.
- 아동·청소년 성착취물(CSAM)의 게시·공유·요청·링크
- 아동을 성적 대상으로 묘사하거나 암시하는 글·사진
- 아동에게 성적인 목적으로 접근하는 행위(그루밍)
- 아동의 성적 착취를 목적으로 앱 밖에서 만나자고 하거나 연락처를 주고받는 행위
- 성매매·성적 협박(몸캠피싱 등)의 제안이나 알선
2미리 막기 위해 하는 것

| 연락처 차단 | 전화번호·이메일·메신저 아이디·오픈채팅 링크를 글과 댓글에서 걸러냅니다. 아동을 앱 밖으로 데려가는 것이 가장 위험한 경로이기 때문입니다. |
| 금칙어 필터 | 성적·폭력적 표현을 자동으로 걸러냅니다. |
| 범위 제한 | 게시판은 같은 반·학년·학교 단위로 나뉩니다. 모르는 성인이 특정 아동에게 접근할 수 있는 구조가 아닙니다. |
| 보호자 동의 | 만 14세 미만은 보호자가 메일로 동의해야 가입이 완료됩니다. |
3신고하는 방법
앱 안에서

- 신고하기 — 사유를 고르고 제출합니다. 이 사람 차단하기도 같은 자리에 있습니다
메일로
앱을 쓸 수 없는 상황이거나 긴급한 경우 아래로 바로 보내주세요. 보호자·교사·제3자도 신고할 수 있습니다.
4신고를 받으면 하는 일
- 아동 안전 관련 신고는 다른 신고보다 먼저 처리합니다. 운영자에게 즉시 알림이 갑니다
- 신고가 일정 수를 넘으면 검토 전이라도 해당 글이 자동으로 숨겨집니다
- 확인되면 콘텐츠를 삭제하고 계정을 영구 정지하며, 같은 로그인 수단으로 다시 가입할 수 없게 막습니다
- 아동·청소년 성착취물에 해당하면 「아동·청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 수사기관에 신고하고, 관련 자료를 법이 정한 기간 동안 보존합니다
아동·청소년 성착취물을 발견하셨다면 경찰청(국번없이 112 · ecrm.police.go.kr)이나 방송통신심의위원회(국번없이 1377)에도 함께 신고하실 수 있습니다.

ENChild Safety Standards (English)
Schoolers is a community app used by Korean elementary, middle and high school students. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
Prohibited
Posting, sharing, requesting or linking child sexual abuse material (CSAM); sexualising a minor in text or images; grooming; using the service to move a minor off-platform for sexual purposes; solicitation or sextortion. Violations result in immediate removal, a permanent ban, and a report to law enforcement.
Preventive measures
The app has no private or 1:1 messaging of any kind — every post and comment is public on a moderated board. All uploaded photos are screened by Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch before they are published. Phone numbers, email addresses, messenger handles and open-chat links are filtered out of posts and comments. A banned-word filter is applied. Boards are scoped to a user's own class, grade and school. Users under 14 require verified guardian consent by email.
Reporting
In-app: open the post or comment, tap the ⋯ menu at the top right, then Report (신고하기) or Block (차단하기). By email, including for guardians, teachers and third parties: schlrs119@gmail.com
Response
Child-safety reports are prioritised above all other reports and alert the operator immediately. Content is auto-hidden once reports pass a threshold. Confirmed violations lead to removal, a permanent account ban, and a block on re-registration through the same login method. Where the content constitutes CSAM, we report it to Korean law enforcement as required by the Act on the Protection of Children and Youth Against Sex Offences, and preserve the relevant records for the period the law requires.
